how to hope for the best if it seems that it's the worst
"and the reasons for happiness are not always worth it" - Ok Melnikova
I live in Kirovsky district for fourteen years.
If any of the visitors ask you what you can see in Krasnoyarsk, you will not remember about it, because my district is an unremarkable place.
Life here begins early in the morning, when adults go to work, and children run to the first lesson, afraid of being late. There are few new high-rise buildings or ancient architectural masterpieces, mostly small, built in Soviet times houses, where everyone knows each other. Here there are wooden benches where you sit every day, grandmother to discuss yesterday's trip to the doctor or Svetka Sokolova, of the third entrance (Because she doesn't have such short skirts to wear, where are her parents looking?).
The most popular place in our country is the Youth Park. Usually here gather the young boys, to fight with boys from neighboring schools. Or girls (already quite adults in their thirteen years), decided to make a new photo in instagram on the background of evergreen spruce.
Listen. There are sounds of my district in this video. Welcome.
So, life here is calm and unhurried. And all ambitious teenagers tend to leave as soon as possible from here. But I love my Kirovsky district, because I grew up in this place. And it was my unforgettable childhood
It's my grandmother. Thanks to her, I became the person I am at the moment.
She taught me how to write letters in winter in the snow, with her I learned to read poetry, she advised me to go to a music school, because she saw my vocal talent. Now I am studying in the eighth class of the Gymnasium №4, where had worked my grandmother. Despite her strictness (which is not surprising for a math teacher), I love my grandmother very much.
My grandmother often likes to tell me stories from my childhood. One of them is connected with the Church of the Nativity, which is not far from my house.
On that day, my grandmother and I walked to kindergarten past the church, which had not yet been built at that time. When golden domes should be put. But then they were not high in the sky, but on the ground.
We came to the biggest one, and I touched the Golden, shimmering in the sun dome. And two days later he was at the top, and I remember that I was very proud that I was able to touch this already untouchable dome.
Grandmother, for some reason, very often remembers this case, and so I also know by heart this story.
Well, now the Church of the Nativity of Christ is the largest In the city and can accommodate more than 1,000 people. I am very glad that I saw with my own eyes how it was built, because now this temple can be seen from anywhere in our city of Krasnoyarsk.
I think that this place is a big ray of light in my area. It gives all of us, people of different religious views, faith in the best and confidence in tomorrow.
